We had worked with marketing agencies and consultants before, but they always failed when it came to keeping customers after bringing them in. Then this team stepped in. We’ve launched a few months ago, and on our launch we did not think that we required a marketing and offers plan.
Since we have a small venue located in a very busy part of the city, we thought walk-ins and word of mouth will be enough to fill our venue.
After a month of operating (without them) we were mostly empty during the week and not too busy on the weekends. We were just breaking even, not making any profit.
We were forced to work long hours -as owners- to minimise our labour costs and maximise the efficiency.
